French doors open from the lounge to a lawned garden with a lovely wooden decked patio sitting area ideal for BBQ's. All the areas within the apartment are wheelchair friendly, the apartment has under floor heating and air conditioning making the apartment comfortable all year round. The outlook of the apartment is onto wide open spaces, very rural with unrestricted views and 2 minutes walk to the water, you can come and go as you please and find the apartment meets all your needs. The kitchen has all new and modern appliances with a large fridge freezer, cooker and hob with extraction fan, it is an oak kitchen with table and chairs for dining. The lounge is a large bright and cosy area with sofa, chairs, TV and radio. The bathroom has a bath and shower over with basin and toilet, There is also a washer dryer for you to use. The views around the garden apartment are very scenic and wildlife is in abundance the bird feeder in the garden attracts a lovely variety of birds to make your holiday tranquil and relaxing even deer come into the garden and feed. When you have returned from a days enjoyment around the bay relax in the spacious and comfortable lounge area overlooking the garden there is a television and radio for your enjoyment and to keep up with local news. At mealtimes the Kitchen area is very well laid out providing you with plenty of storage and work surfaces, The dining table and chairs are comfortable and is a really pleasant dining area. The bedroom is a relaxing area soft colours for a peaceful nights sleep, when you wake you really are ready for a new days holiday adventure and there is plenty for you to do. We will clean through the apartment once a week if you so wish replacing with clean bedding and towels.
